I have been going to Kim and Geoff of Complete Autos for the last fifteen years running taxis and tour vehicles in this time as well as personal vehicles and I found their service to be of the highest standard, I can leave after having a repair done knowing that the job is fully done there are no grease stains on my seats or new scratches on my vehicle. Geoff has given me his time do 5 minute jobs at no cost reflecting the personal service that this family business offers. Family and friends that I have sent there have remained customers. Most of my Taxis have been LPG fitted and maintained by the Complete team. In emergencies I have been fitted into the day even when they were fully booked and obviously flat out. To me this is personal service that is not equalled in town

On several occasions Geoff has happily helped me out with minor emergencies. They also service my 1957 Borgward Isabella (my second car) with amusement, and good humour.

Having been a customer for over 18 years and have always been satisfied. Now that I have to deal with maintaining the cars, since my husband; Trevor’s passing, I am always well looked after with all my queries, however trivial. Geoff and Kim have never turned me down, however small, to help now that I’m on my own. Over the years I have had several older cars requiring parts, often hard to trace and procure. Which has been time consuming at times it has never been a problem. Having been a widow for the last 3 years, popping in for LPG or any other mechanical repairs, I’m always greeted with respect and courtesy. Their family dog “Baxter” is an added joy and asset to their business. Doggy Treats are a “must have” in my pocket for each time I pop in!!!!

The mechanics at Complete Auto Repairs are on the ball with car mechanical problem interpretations, and it is an instant solution NOT time wasting to push up the costs. Good service and good feedback is important to me as a customer so I can save on replace / repair on any parts or servicing that is carried out on my vehicle. After being with them; other wof / service garages for over 20 years, Geoff and Kim’s Complete Auto Repairs team were the best in the qualities of: Costing’s (Wof & Repairs); Timing of the work carried out; Genuine mechanical feedback; and future car update advice. I’m pleased with Geoff’s team; expecting continuous good feedback and work on my vehicle now. I expect this service to continue into the future as I “expect” them to never retire!
